Shipping time:
We currently have shipment for most countries around the world. You can always check with me to make sure yours also applies!
Order processing can take between 5 business days to a week!
for pre-orders, a turn around time of 2-3 months
For orders from Canada, all packages will have a tracking number and will require your signature upon delivery. PLEASE ensure to be available or have someone get it for you! This will ensure that your order does not get lost, since it has a big value.
The rest all package will have a tracking number.
*Once products are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number!

We offer 4 shipping options:
For Canada:
-Standard: 4 to 5 business days
-Expedited: 2 to 4 business days
-Express Post: 1-2 business days
-Priority: Next business day
For the U.S:
-Tracked; 9-11 busniess days
Else where:
-Tracked: 2-4weeks
Shipping rates and methods vary from one province/state to the other and one country to the other. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Payment methods:
Paypal is currently the only option available.
Returns/cancelations:
No cancelations or returns:
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not possible.
No returns allowed for hygiene reasons since the nature of the products are earrings.
Other possible reasons:
Jewlery pieces are carefully hand sculpted and go through an oven to bake two to 3 times. Breaking will highly be impossible.
However, in case of normal unseen circumstances that might make a piece break, we offer 1 year warranty. However, it all depends on the circumstance.
Sometimes, it can be fixed on your part using some glue. If not, I will ask you to handle the shipping and send the product to me. Once it’s fixed, I will ship it back to you free of charge :)
And that is upon receiving an email including what happened along with a detailed picture. I will talk it through with you from there.

Lost package:
All packages will include a tracking number. Every Candian order will require a signature upon delivery. I insist on these to make sure a package arrives safely to its customer. So please, be ready to receive your package. For this, lost packages will less likely happen. However, note that once a package is out of my hands, I am not held responsible of it anymore. In case of lost packages, I will communicate with the shipping company and try to find a solution.
